Wifi is NOT FREE - it's PAID! It is wrongly given in the sorgulamax.com as free. Free is just in the lobby but very slow speed.

We could not book a room on the day we travelled, the reason was the day we travelled was a Sunday: a hotel that you cannot book on a Sunday! After telling us they they will call us back, and not calling back 3 times, the call center told us to go to the hotel and book at the door. I asked them till.what time the all inclusive hotel was serving dinner. The call center told me till 9. So we arranged our flight accordingly ao that we could have dinner at the hotel when we arrive. After travelling from Istanbul, we arrived at the hotel at around 20.00. The hotel told us we could not get in because we didnot have any rezervation. We objected, then called the call center. The call center denied that they told us such a thing ( the proof of our coversation is probably recorded). All that took around half an hour. We tried to book through sorgulamax.com at the spot. The internet didnot work properly, we had difficulty. All that time I was very very angry. Then finally we booked through sorgulamax.com. and now they told us they could not see the rez on their systems. After arguing a while, and even threatening the hotel, a gentleman came and told us he was the manager on duty and told that he had seen us arguing at the beginning but hadnot considered the situation to be a serious one and did not interfere. He helped to solve the problem. We payed and checked in. Then it was 20.35. We asked for dinner, they said it finished at 20.30. I again made a fuss, they said they would give us food: which turned out to be a cold rice amd chicken plate with cold lahmacun. In the morning at the checkout I asked for my invoice. They said they couldnot give it, the sorgulamax.com.could, which turned out to be another false info. I came to Istanbul without my invoice, contacted sorgulamax.com they said since I payed at the hotel, the hotel was supposed to be giving it. I called the hotel, they said no of course, they could not give it, then I dialed in the call center at the same time I was speaking with the hotel and I had the chat line of otlez.com on my pc; after quarreling a bit, and agin threatening the hotel to make a complaint to the national tax office, a man named Murat from the front office finally helped me, and reassured me to provide me my invoices, ehich he did the next day. The staff was unfriendly, the food was very bad, the beds made for Lilliput. I strongly donot recommend this very upsetting experience to even my enemies.

Her sey yolunda, sadece kapali havuz çok rahat degil.. Sokakta yürümek, soguk.. Yagmur yaginca çati akiyor.. Ama: güzel deniz manzarasi, genis, sik odalar! Odada dis seti yok..
